Never had cooked with lemongrass until I made this lemongrass meatball bowl from @iamafoodblog . Now that I know how lovely it is I can’t wait to use it a bunch more! I used 80/20 ground beef for the meatballs since I went whole hog on pork the other day. Delish! 🐷🐮 (at mi casita)

Quick salmon patty recipe: mix 2 cans salmon (6oz each, drained), 1 egg, zest of 1 lime, dab mustard, pinch salt, pinch turmeric, cracked pepper, 2 Tbsp almond flour. Form into patties and pan fry in fat of choice. Serve with a wedge of lime or lemon. #limepocalypse

Isabella used my cheaters coconut milk yogurt to make this “parfait”. If you can’t do dairy, are craving yogurt and don’t have a lot of time on your hands this recipe fills the void. Mix all these well: 1 can refrigerated coconut milk, only the solid stuff. 1 probiotic capsule, emptied. Squirt of lemon, few drops vanilla, just a touch of maple syrup. Done!
